Customer service is at the heart of what we do…

Move any large and heavy items of furniture from each room requiring fitting.
Cut and lay the underlay, gripper rods and flooring, keeping the existing underlay and rods where possible (James will discuss this with you during his initial visit).
Trim the bottom of doors (where necessary) to ensure they move with ease.*
Remove old flooring* (this can be arranged prior to the fitting itself).*
Remove all rubbish and vacuum each room, ensuring all affected areas are left clean and tidy.

*These items, if required are chargeable.
