To be quoted on the spot and be lucky enough for a slot to be free 2 days later was amazing. You've made the whole process so simple. Also excellent communication by text and email at all stages. The fitters that came today were excellent; Allen and Rowan. They were friendly efficient and clearly care about doing a great job, thoughtful about using clear sealant along the brick feature walls and white along painted walls - these details make all the difference ! Move any large and heavy items of furniture from each room requiring fitting.
Cut and lay the underlay, gripper rods and flooring, keeping the existing underlay and rods where possible (James will discuss this with you during his initial visit).
Trim the bottom of doors (where necessary) to ensure they move with ease.*
Remove old flooring* (this can be arranged prior to the fitting itself).*
Remove all rubbish and vacuum each room, ensuring all affected areas are left clean and tidy.

*These items, if required are chargeable.
